Class Schedule

OCR Boot Camp 

Sundays 

8:30 - 10:30 am 
These sessions are obstacle course specific group training classes. 

OCR Conditioning 

Tuesday: 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Wednesday: 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Thursday: 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Class Information

Sunday classes are technique bases training sessions that utilize obstacles to improve your agility, strength, power, endurance, and flexibility. Some of the movements practiced in class include tire flip, tire drag, rope climb, Tyrolean traverse, wall climbs, vaulting, crawling, rolling, swinging and much more. 

Week night classes focus on power and strength conditioning utilizing body weight movements. These classes improve grip strength and muscular endurance using ropes, bars, sandbags, and bucket carries. You can expect endurance and agility training progressions according to the SGX principles.

At your first class it is a good idea to arrive early to fill out the waiver.
